What is the teachings of Mastana Shah Balochistani Ashram ?

Whenever any government establishes any new department then it appoints officers and provides all facilities like offices, tables, chairs, papers, pencils etc. for their convenience and use. It appoints employees under their subordination for doing work.
Similarly, when the Satguru or Almighty Lord comes in the guise of Param Sants in the regime of Kal (Negative power) to get the souls released from Kal's dominion, He also establishes a Spiritual College which may be called a court of the Reality. He delivers His preachingswithout any distinction of caste, religion and creed. He initiates the souls, makes them to do Bhajan-Simaran or meditation and repitetion and takes them to His abode Anami (Nemeless) or Sachkhand.
Similarly, Pujya Param Sant Gurbax Singh 'Manager Sahib" laid the foundation of Mastana Shah Balochistani Asrham on 18th February, 1966 and preached Sant Mat. He initiated the souls and taught them to do Sacha Sauda or True Bargain. He used to say that he who pleased his Shabd Guru (Almighty Lord) and has done Sacha Sauda, his life in this world shall be meaningful. When he realised the Satguru then he is also Sacha Sauda Wala (True Bargainer), as well as Radha Swami, Khalsa, and Arya. If he has not realised his Shabd Guru through Bhajan-Simaran, he has nothing at his credit; he has only boastings.
The teachings of Pujya Param Sant Gurbax Singh 'Manager Sahib' were equal for the rich, the poor, the high and low, the Hindues and Muslims, The Sikhs and Cristians. He used to explain quoting the stanza of Guru Ram Das Ji that the teachings of True Saints is same for all- may be Brahman, Kshatriya, Vaishya or Shudra and that is to catch the Audible Life Stream- the Name by Simran (Repetition)- that Name which pervades in everything.
One common spiritual message for
Khatris, Brahmins, Shudras and Vaishyas is meant.
Liberated shall be whoever by the Master's guidance,
The holy Name utters;
That, saith Nanak, in Kali Yuga in each being
He realizes as pervasive.

WHERE IS THE TRUTH?

What is Truth?

Generally, it is believed that to speak truly; to describe things exactly as they are, and not to temper with facts is called 'Truth'. Which is an element of Satogun (good attributes).
Guru Nanak Sahib says:
O man; fear departs by meeting the true one. (M.1 Sri Rag 18-5)
The question arises: Does fear actually depart by speaking the Truth? No, it is not so. Thousands of persons who speak the Truth are drowned in the ocean of fear. In fact, they who tell lies seem to be fearless. Whereas, they who speak the truth remain engrossed in fear. However, it does not mean that we should stop speaking the Truth. Generally, those who tell lies and are held in high esteem in the false & intent world. To speak the Truth is a precondition to realise the Truth in the higher spiritual regions. But the truth which the Saints have been advocating refers to the Supreme Power which is an unchangeable permanency. That Truth or Supreme Power existed before the creation of the Universe, it exist unchanged since than, and it shall exist unchanged for all time to come. That Supreme Power alone is working everywhere including all the particles on this Earth.
Guru Nank Sahib says:
True before the beginning, true is the beginning of ages.
True He is even now and true He shall be for ever, O Nanak. (Japji 1-3)
Similarly Guru Amar Dass Ji states:
Wherever I see, I see the True one at all the places. (M.3 Majh 119-18)
The Param Sants here used the word ‘Truth’ for the True Lord who is the Creator of the entire Universe and sustains all.
Guru Arjan Sahib says:
True is the Creator, True is the Game,
True is the Lord, True is his Support. (M.5 Sri Rag 52-8)
Where they are born, thence do they merge,
The True Lord Pervades every heart. (M.1 SriRag 20-4)

O Nanak; consider the True one to be True. (M.1 SirRag 15-17)
Guru Amar Dass ji also says the same thing :-
The one True Lord pervades within all,
And sustains everyone. (M.3 Wadhans 559-17)

WHERE IS THE TRUTH?

Everything within the jurisdiction of Triloki i.e. three worlds of Pinda. Anda and Brahmanda, is subject to destruction. All the Khands and Brahmands within the regime of Triloki Nath (Lord of three worlds) appear and disappear in the process of dissolution and grand dissolution. The Truth which the Saints advocate is found beyond the limits of three worlds and is revealed in the higher spiritual regions where the soul is cleansed of all its impurities after bathing in the true pool of Nectar (Mansarovar)
Guru Nanak Sahib says:
Beyond the three worlds Nanak found the Truth, the Sweet Nectar. (M.1 Maru 1042-14)
He further says:
Truth is known when the soul abides in the pilgrim-station of the self. (M.1 Var Asa 468-11)
This Truth abides in the heart of everybody.
Guru Amar Dass ji says:
This Truth is within thee.
By the Guru's grace, see him with thine eyes. (M.3 Suhi 755-11)
He who loves the Truth swims across the ocean of worldly existence.
Guru Nanak Sahib says:
I have contracted love with that True Lord,
Who is neither born nor dies.
By separating, He separates not
And is contained amongst all. (M.1 SirRag 46-16)
The name of that Truth is the True Lord who is the creator of the whole Universe. Shabad (Word) or Nam, Inner Sound (Melody) are other names of the True Lord.
Guru Amar Dass ji says:
For him who loves the Truth,
True is the Bani and the Shabad. (M.3 33-16)
The manifestation of Truth, Satguru, True Lord, Shabad (Word) or Nam is the true bargains. This bargains is struck inside the temple of the human body.
Guru Amar Dass ji says:
In the God's temple (Human body), lives God.
He alone is contained in us all.
Nanak: if one deals with God through the Guru,
One deals in Truth. (M.3 Prabhati 1346-12)
He further says:
There is but one Word, uttered by the only God.
So reflecteth on his words.
True is this storehouse, true its wares.
Its treasures are full with jewels. (M.3 Salok 646-8)
He again says:
The True merchandise is the Lord's name;
And True is its Trade.
Through the Guru's instruction,
We deal in the Lord's Name.
Exceedingly great is his Worth. (M.3 Wadhans 570-13)
Similarly Guru Nanak Sahib says:
The True merchandise and wealth is the Lord's Name
which pervades all hearts. ` (M.1 Sri Rag 22-7)
The art of striking the True Bargain is learnt from Saints (a spiritual Master) who has revealed the Truth in his ownself.
Guru Amar Dass ji says:
If one joins the society of the Saints,
Then one embraces love for Truth. (M.3 Suhi 756-2)
Similarly, Guru Arjun Sahib says, “The thing that you have come here to obtain is the Lord Name Which is found in the house of the Saints.”
The wealth you were born for,
The Lord's Nam, is with the Saints. (M5 Sukhmani Gauri 283-4)
He further says:
The abode of Truth is permanent
And is obtained in the Society of Saints.
Nanak, those men who obtain it waver not. (M.5 Salok 256-7)
Param Sant Mastana Shah Balochistani defined Sacha Sauda (True Bargain) in two words. He used to say that over all the Khands and Brahmands, only two beings are true; One is Atma (Soul) and the other is Ram (God) or one is Surat and the other is Shabad. The union of the Soul with God or Surat with Shabad is the True Bargain.
Param Sant Mastana Shah Balochistani also states :-
People are not aware of the true significance of the ‘Sacha Sauda’. Indeed, the glory of Sacha Sauda is strange. People say, “Let us go to the Dera Sacha Sauda situated between the village Shahpur Begu and the city of Sirsa (Haryana).” They have mistaken it for Sacha Sauda. The true bargain which the Saints have been advocating since time immemorial is to be struck at the mid-point between the two eyebrows. They advise the people to strike this true bargain. But the soul which has to strike the bargain is imprisoned in the cage of the body. If you come in the contact of a true Saint or Master who advocates that your Satguru abides inside your body at the point between the eye-centre, concentrate your attention at this point and pray at the door of the Satguru, your prayer will be accepted. Therefore, strike the bargain at this point. If the soul ascends to this point, it will be certainly rewarded. It will not come back empty handed. The Satguru is the King of Kings. He will certainly confer his boons upon you. He will merge the soul in his own form and take it to higher subtle regions. O Brother, this is the Sacha Sauda (True Bargain) whereas the people consider the buildings made of bricks and concrete to be the Sacha Sauda. He who reaches the door of the Sacha Sauda never returns unrewarded. He receives many bounties like peace, contentment and poise and the soul reaches its real abode. The Lord’s door is always open. One may go there in the day or at night, come back to the same body in the morning to perform worldly affairs and enjoy the company of his family and eat and drink with his children as he likes. Again, at night close the eyes, reach the Lord’s door and again strike the true bargain. Only a fortunate soul is blessed which strikes this true bargain. Generally, the people believe that the building of the Dera Sacha Sauda situated between the village Shahpur Begu and the city of Sirsa is a Sacha Sauda. However, such people are grossly mistaken. They are simply walls made of bricks.
The Param Sants have been repeatedly pointing out that Sacha Sauda is to be struck at the point behind the eyes and midway between the two eyebrows where the Divine-Light and waves of Audible Life Stream descend from above upto this point and not below it. O Man ! You are imprisoned in the cage of the body. If at all, you have to strike a bargain, then strike this bargain only. You will never stand to lose but always gain. The Lord will certainly own you. O Soul ! He will certainly do something for you. The Param Sants say that let us go to the Sacha Sauda. This is the true bargain or Sacha Sauda. Truth dwells within and the soul which is a particle of the True Lord is imprisoned in the cage of the body. The Union of the Soul (Atma) with the Lord (Parmatma) inside the body is the ‘True Bargain’ which can be struck with the assistance and abundant grace of a spiritual Saint.”
